Our General Manager

As General Manager of Amity Management Consultancy Services, Dorothy Abante has boosted the consciousness of the job market through her vigorous participation in diverse associations and organizations particularly in American Chamber. This is part of her take to create AMCS a more marketing-driven and customer-focused company.

Before working at AMCS, Dorie worked with Asian Development Bank from 1979 to 1989, starting as Executive Secretary and Loan Administration Assistant. And then she realized her potential as a consultant because of her various trainings and experience in and out of the country so she worked as a Manager at Staff Gap Facilitators . This has opened the doors for greater opportunities and she decided to put up her own Management Consultancy Firm – Prosperous Management and Consultancy Services from 1989 to 2005.

Dorie graduated as an Academic Scholar with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Philippine Christian University Taft Avenue Manila , and has a gained units from Industrial Psychology from University of The Philippines Diliman Quezon City.
